Living in Grand View Subdivision
The Grand View Subdivision is located east of 28 Road between Hawthorne and Cortland in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Our association is proud of our neighborhood and the common park area, with beautiful views of Mount Garfield, The Bookcliffs and Grand Mesa. Created in 1996, Grand View Subdivision has lots of mature trees, lovely lawns and gardens, quiet streets and beautiful views. It sits on the western border of Matchett Park, a currently undeveloped park which many people use for walking and biking.
