Grand View is a covenant controlled community and we take pride in how our neighborhood looks. This subdivision is one of the more desirable in north Grand Junction and in order to keep our neighborhood attractive and maintain our property values, we do enforce our Covenants Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs). In additions to our CCRs, we are also governed by Bylaws and have adopted a set of architectural and landscaping guidelines to assist homeowners.
